Main Structure of Cosmetic Double Planetary Mixer

1. Double planetary mixing system

Two sets of planetary mixing blades rotate on their own axes while simultaneously revolving around the central axis. This combined motion ensures thorough circulation of high-viscosity materials within the mixing vessel and minimizes mixing dead zones.

2. High-speed dispersion system

High speed dispersing disc can be configured based on the cosmetic formulation. This disc generates strong shear forces, facilitating the rapid dispersion of powders, pigments, thickeners, and other functional ingredients.

3. Wall-scraping device

The planetary mixing paddle is equipped with a mechanism for scraping both the bottom and the wall of the cylinder, continuously returning material adhering to the inner surfaces back into the mixing zone during operation. 4. Vacuum degassing system
