Battery slurry preparation requires controlled powder wetting, uniform dispersion, stable temperature and effective removal of entrained air. A sealed planetary mixing system can combine programmable mixing stages, jacket heating or cooling and vacuum degassing in one closed process.

Blade geometry, vessel volume, contact materials and discharge configuration can be selected according to the formulation, solids loading, viscosity and downstream coating requirements.
