When planning the new production line, the client outlined three core technical requirements:
- Dust-free automated feeding: The system must achieve enclosed, negative-pressure suction and precise metering for lightweight powders and liquid base materials, completely eliminating on-site dust pollution.
- High-shear mixing with no dead zones: For high-viscosity materials, the process must balance macro-scale circulation with micro-scale high-shear dispersion while preventing localized overheating.
- Digital control integration: The equipment must interface with the plant's MES/ERP systems to enable formula encryption and full-process data traceability.
To address the client's specific operating conditions, JCT engineering team customized an integrated solution comprising an automatic feeding system, a triple shaft mixer main unit, a high-vacuum system, and an intelligent PLC control console.
Following the installation and commissioning of the equipment at the customer's site, continuous production testing demonstrated excellent performance across all key metrics:
- Significant improvement in workshop environment: Dust concentration was reduced by over 98%, allowing operators to perform material feeding tasks without the need for heavy-duty dust masks.
- Doubled dispersion efficiency: Leveraging the synergistic action of three axes, the high-dispersion process was cut from 3 hours to 1.5 hours, achieving a material fineness of under 25μm.
- Increased product pass rate: Thorough vacuum degassing eliminated micro-bubbles in the finished product, while batch-to-batch consistency in viscosity and color reached 99.2%.
